If you have a valid form i.e. I-94, any Canadian with a TN status can readmit to the United States for the remaining period of time given on the Form I-94, even though if you do not have the supporting documentation such as credentials and employer letter, etc. To present and without paying the required fee of $50. But in this case, if your original I-94 form has lost then you have to present any of the alternative evidence for readmission.
Travel and Readmission of the Mexicans with a TN status
